This summer, Kampai is partnering with Lágrimas del Valle Tequila for a multi-week series of signature rotating margaritas, June 23 through July 18 only.
Our Beverage Director, River Karlinski has as keen sense for knowing how to craft cocktails that pull from both seasonality and Japanese-inspired dishes. That's why we seek out spirits with a story worth telling. Lágrimas del Valle caught our attention for its singular approach to tequila, rooted in the concept of terroir. You may know terroir from wine: the idea that geography, elevation, soil, and environment imprint themselves onto everything grown there. Agave is no different. Lágrimas is the first tequila focused solely on showcasing terroir across multiple states in Mexico, drawing from the very best ranchos across Jalisco, Michoacán, Guanajuato, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas. Each bottle is named after the field it was harvested in and carries the date of harvest, the name of the single ranch or family, and details about its elevation, location, and distinctive characteristics.
Each Monday, River is pulling back the curtain on the week's featured margarita. Follow us on social to go behind the bar, meet the ranch and the story behind every cocktail using Lágrimas.
"We work with vendors that care about the details. That's where the magic comes from... the attention and care that goes into growing and creating an ingredient or a finished product," shared Beverage Director River Karlinski.

Payment options online tend to look similar on the surface, but the technical side is where differences show up. Visa is basically a default for a lot of Norwegian users because the processing infrastructure is well established, transactions clear quickly and dispute mechanisms actually exist, which is more than can be said for some alternative methods. For anyone comparing providers, www.casinonorskvisa.no can be used as one reference point among several, cross checked with official bank information. Worth noting that occasional fees from the issuing bank still happen, so reading the terms is not optional. Instant deposits are common, withdrawals depend more on the operator than on Visa itself. Just a sober observation, not advice, so anyone considering this should think it…
